The tagline “You would not consume toxins, so why apply them?” is registered intellectual property of Alva Grove.

12.1 Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs only when we issue an order confirmation.

12.2 Payment

Payment must be made using methods offered on the Site.

12.3 Product Availability

If a Product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will cancel and refund the affected part of the order.

12.4 Risk of Loss

Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

12.5 Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect shipping information provided by you.

12.6 Australian Deliveries Only

We ship exclusively within Australia.

• 13.1 Orders flagged as fraudulent will be cancelled.
  
  13.2 Orders may be cancelled if items are out of stock.
  
  13.3 We may cancel any order before delivery for reasons including supplier issues or errors in product descriptions or pricing.
  
  13.4 Welcome codes cannot be reused by unsubscribing and resubscribing.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.

Gift Cards:

• must be treated like cash; lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced;
  
• expire three years from purchase; extensions are not permitted;
  
• are non-transferable;
  
• may be used for purchases on the Site;
  
• are not redeemable for cash;
  
• cannot be used to settle outstanding payments;
  
• must not be resold.

Each competition will have specific Terms and Conditions published on the Site.

• 16.1 An account is required to earn points.
  
  16.2 Users previously flagged for potential fraud may not open new accounts; points will not be awarded retrospectively.
  
  16.3 Points cannot be converted to cash or gift cards.
  
  16.4 Points expire after 365 days; Tier status updates annually on January 1.
  
  16.5 Guest orders do not earn points.

• 17.1 Users may submit up to 10 approved reviews per day.
  
  17.2 Reviews must relate to items purchased from the Site.
  
  17.3 Reviews must be honest and must not insult, defame, or mislead.

• 18.1 Product details reflect packaging and may change without manufacturer's notice; always check packaging.
  
  18.2 Terms such as “Natural”, “Vegan”, “Organic”, and “Toxin & Cruelty-Free” are general descriptors; refer to product details for specifics.

19.1 We do not warrant that:

• the Site or server are free of malware or viruses;
  
• functions will be uninterrupted or error-free;
  
• defects will be corrected.
  

19.2 We are not liable for:

• errors or omissions on the Site;
  
• delays or interruptions;
  
• defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct by users.
  

19.3 You accept responsibility for maintaining your own equipment and internet connection.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alva Grove, including its officers, employees, and agents, is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, including but not limited to:

• loss of revenue, profits, or opportunity;
  
• loss of data;
  
• misuse of your data by third parties;
  
• business interruption;

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

• 21.1 If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, that portion is severed; the remainder continues in effect.
  
  21.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
  
  21.3 You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
  

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Alva Grove regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior understandings or representations.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page; the “Last updated” date above will be revised accordingly.
