No minimum order value applies unless a voucher is used. For example, a $15 voucher requires a minimum order of $15.
12. Reasons for Cancelling and/or Refunding Your Order
12.2 We will cancel and refund if products are out of stock (in full or part).
12.3 We may cancel any accepted order before delivery for reasons including (without limitation):
12.3.1 Supplier inability or events beyond our control;
12.3.2 Website errors (e.g., incorrect description, price, or image) not discovered before acceptance (see 10.1).
12.4 A welcome code cannot be reused by unsubscribing and resubscribing.

Alva Grove Gift Cards are issued in AUD and:
- Should be treated like cash; lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced;
- Expire three years from the date of purchase; extensions are not permitted;
- Are non-transferable and for the exclusive use of the recipient;
- May be used for purchases on our website;
- Are not returnable or redeemable for cash;
- Cannot be used to settle outstanding payments owed to us; and
- Must not be resold to third parties.
18. Competitions

19. Rewards Program
19.2 If previously flagged for potential fraud, you may not open a new account or place orders; no retrospective points will be awarded.
19.3 Points cannot be converted into cash or gift cards.
19.4 Points expire after 365 days; Tier status is updated annually on January 1.
19.5 Guest orders do not earn points retroactively.
