Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 7 business days of delivery for store credit, provided the item is eligible and meets all return conditions.

Our 7-day timeframe helps us maintain the highest standards for beauty, skincare, and wellness products; these products require careful handling and must be returned promptly to ensure they remain safe and suitable for resale.

To qualify for store credit, items must be:

  • Pre-approved; please reply to your order confirmation email before sending anything back
  • In original condition; including:
    unopened
    unused
    seal intact (where applicable)
    unaltered and undamaged

Meeting these conditions ensures your return can be processed smoothly.

Important Notes
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs; initial shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Replacements or exchanges are available once the original item has been received and approved; additional costs may apply.
    Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable, and re-shipping costs apply for the new item.
  • Returns showing wear and tear, damage, or signs of tampering will not be accepted.
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance are not eligible for return, unless faulty.
Exclusions for Hygiene and Safety

For strict hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Cosmetics; skincare; food items; wellness products; fragrances; eyewear; underwear; period underwear; menstrual cups; reusable sanitary pads; medicinal products; vitamins; feminine hygiene products; gift cards.

These items cannot be resold once opened or handled; for customer safety, exceptions are not possible.

2. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with supporting photos. This allows us to investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

  • We will provide a return label if required.
  • Returned items must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the label.
  • Once we assess and verify the issue, a refund or replacement will be arranged.

Refunds are not issued for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper storage, or intentional tampering.

3. Allergic Reactions

Everyone’s skin and body respond differently. Please review ingredients carefully and consult your healthcare provider if you have sensitivities or medical concerns.

Used products cannot be returned due to allergic reactions; however, our team is always available to help with ingredient questions before you purchase.

4. Return Shipping Requirements

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend:

  • using a tracked postal service;
  • packing items securely in a sturdy box with at least 2 cm of padding on all sides.

We cannot accept returns shipped in padded envelopes; we also cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, generally within 1-2 business days. Banks or payment providers may take longer to release the funds.

Refunds are not available for:

  • parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
  • parcels marked delivered under Authority to Leave that cannot be located;
  • change of mind on excluded product categories;
  • items damaged due to misuse or poor handling.

6. ACL Guarantee (Faulty Items)

If an item is faulty your rights are protected under the Australian Consumer Law.

6.1. Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund;
6.2. This applies regardless of sale status, including clearance or final sale items.

7. Gift-With-Purchase Returns

If returning an item that included a gift-with-purchase:

7.1. All gift items must be returned unopened;
7.2. If not returned, the full retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
