At Alva Grove, we want your shopping experience to be seamless and enjoyable. If something isn’t quite right with your order, our customer care team is here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes purchases don’t work out. For eligible items*, we accept change of mind returns within 7 business days of delivery for store credit.

While our timeframe may be shorter than some stores, this helps us maintain product quality—especially for beauty, skincare, and wellness items that require delicate handling. Prompt returns ensure we can continue providing safe, high-quality products to all our customers.

To qualify for store credit, items must be:

Pre-approved—please reply to your order confirmation email before sending anything back.

In their original condition:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • Seal intact (if applicable)
  • Unaltered in any way

Meeting these conditions ensures your return is processed smoothly.

Important notes:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Replacements are available once the original item is returned, and additional costs (including shipping) apply.

We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear and tear, intentional damage, or items purchased as final sale or clearance.

Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for cosmetics, food, wellness products, fragrances, eyewear, underwear, period underwear, menstrual cups, reusable sanitary pads, medicinal products, vitamins, feminine hygiene products, or gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction matters. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with photos.

We’ll provide a return label, and items must be returned within 7 days of receiving it. Once inspected and verified, we’ll issue a refund.

Refunds are not issued for normal wear and tear, intentional damage, or items tampered with to appear faulty.

Allergic Reactions

Everyone’s skin and body are unique. Please check ingredients carefully and consult your healthcare provider if you have concerns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used products due to allergic reactions. However, our team is always available to answer questions about ingredients and product suitability.

Return Shipping

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend:

  • Using a tracked postal service
  • Packing items securely in a sturdy box with at least 2 cm of padding on all sides

We cannot accept returns shipped in padded bags, or be held responsible for items damaged during transit.
