No. Once an order is placed, we are unable to change, edit, or update the order or the shipping address. Orders begin processing quickly; for this reason, order details or the delivery address cannot be altered after checkout.

You may update your address in your account for future orders only, or correct it directly with Australia Post after your parcel has shipped; however, the order will always be delivered to the address entered at the time of purchase.

Please double-check your name, address, and contact details before completing your order; incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, lost parcels, or returns to sender. Parcels affected by incorrect details are not eligible for refunds or replacement, and re-shipping costs will apply.

All orders are digitally recorded at the time of dispatch, and a tracking number is emailed to you once your parcel is shipped. If you do not see your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder; move our email to your inbox or mark us as a safe sender to ensure future updates arrive correctly, especially if you have not shopped with us before.

If your order was delivered with Authority to Leave (ATL), we cannot be held liable for parcels that are marked as delivered but cannot be located. ATL parcels are the responsibility of the recipient once Australia Post records a successful delivery scan.

If your parcel has been lost due to Australia Post handling, please contact us; we will liaise with Australia Post and discuss the appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or re-post of your original order.

In the unlikely event your parcel arrives damaged, contact us immediately. Visual evidence (such as photos of the product, packaging, and parcel label) helps us assess the issue quickly and provide the best solution.

Yes. We ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and residential or business addresses Australia-wide.

1. Shipping Rates

1.1 Standard Delivery

Free Standard Shipping on orders $99.00+ AUD.

For orders under $99.00, Standard Shipping (Authority to Leave) is $11.95.

All Standard deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave. If you prefer your parcel to be signed for on arrival, you may add Signature on Delivery for an additional $2.00 at checkout.

1.2 Express Delivery

Free Express Shipping on orders $139.00+ AUD.

For orders under $139.00, Express Shipping (Authority to Leave) is a flat $17.95.

All Express deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave. Signature on Delivery may be added for an additional $2.00 at checkout.

From time to time, we may upgrade your order to Express at our discretion when cost differences are minimal; our way of getting your products to you sooner at no extra charge.

2. How We Deliver

We ship with Australia Post to residential addresses, PO Boxes, parcel lockers, and locked bags. You may redirect your parcel using Australia Post’s services if needed; refer to their website for more information.

3. Order Processing Times

  • All goods remain the property of Alva Grove until paid in full.
  • Orders are processed promptly and dispatched within 6–72 hours.
  • Weekend and public holiday orders ship the next business day.
  • Same-day dispatch applies to in-stock orders received before 9:00 AM (AEST).
  • Orders placed after 9:00 AM (AEST) are dispatched the next business day.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all name and address details are correct at checkout; we cannot take responsibility for lost, delayed, or undelivered parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

If a parcel is returned to us or lost due to incorrect delivery details:

  • re-shipping costs will apply;
  • refunds and store credits are not available in these circumstances.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on destination and the service selected. Most parcels arrive within 1–8 business days. Delays may occur during peak seasons or events such as natural disasters or pre-Christmas periods.

Estimated delivery guide:

  • SE QLD: 1–3 business days
  • NSW / ACT: 3–5 business days
  • VIC / SA: 5–7 business days
  • WA / TAS: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimates provided by Australia Post; delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

6. Authority to Leave (ATL)

Selecting Authority to Leave means:

  • your parcel may be left in a designated safe place;
  • if no safe place is available, Australia Post will leave a card directing you to a Post Office;
  • valid ID is required for collection.

By choosing ATL, you accept responsibility for the parcel after it is marked delivered; refunds, replacements, or store credits are not available for parcels marked delivered under ATL that go missing.

7. Signature on Delivery

With Signature on Delivery:

  • your parcel is handed to you upon signature;
  • if you are unavailable, it will be taken to a nearby Post Office;
  • valid ID is required for collection.

This option is recommended for added security.

8. Missing Parcels and Returns to Sender

  • All parcels are sent with tracking; report missing parcels within 20 business days of shipment.
  • If a parcel is marked delivered under ATL and cannot be located, refunds or store credits are not available.
  • Parcels returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details are not eligible for shipping refunds or credits; re-shipping is available at your cost.
  • If Australia Post confirms loss due to their error, we will refund shipping in line with your original invoice charges.

If you do not collect your parcel within 10 business days after an attempted delivery and it is returned to us:

  • contact us to discuss re-delivery;
  • re-delivery will require payment of re-shipping and return fees charged by Australia Post;
  • automatic refunds are not provided;
  • free delivery eligibility does not extend to re-delivery fees.

9. Flammable Goods

Due to airline safety regulations, flammable items such as perfumes or nail polish must travel via Australia Post Standard Road Transport. These orders will still be delivered promptly using Standard Shipping.

10. International Orders

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
