Everything you need to know about our rewards program
Simply create an account at checkout or through the account icon on our website. You will automatically be enrolled.
There are now numerous ways to be rewarded; not just when you shop, but as you engage.
You can earn points by:
– Creating an Alva Grove account
– Placing your first order
– Shopping with us; every dollar spent earns points
– Visiting alvagrove.com.au daily while logged in
– Following us on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
– Leaving a Google review
– Celebrating select milestones and promotional events
All eligible actions must be completed while logged into your Alva Grove account where applicable; anonymous activity cannot be attributed or awarded.
Your VIP level is based on your total yearly spend, and that tier is reviewed once a year.
Each tier reward has an expiry date. The validity period will be clearly stated in your reward email, so be sure to use it before it expires.
When you reach a new tier in The Radiant Club, you’ll receive an email from us with your exclusive reward. This may be a discount, free shipping, bonus points, or a special gift depending on your tier.
No; points can only be earned and redeemed when you are logged into your account.
Unused rewards remain in your account until they expire. Remember to apply your reward before finalising your order.

Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
Points are earned on product purchases only. Shipping, taxes, and gift card purchases do not earn points.
If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account balance.
Share your unique referral link found in your account dashboard. When your friend makes their first purchase, you'll both earn bonus points!
Points can only be earned on purchases made after joining the rewards program. Previous purchases are not eligible for retroactive points.
You can opt out anytime by contacting our customer service team. Please note that all accumulated points will be forfeited upon leaving the program.
