We know how much you love our same-day shipping (we do too!) — but we’re a little busy setting up our new storage facility.
All orders placed after 12pm Thursday, 16 October will be shipped on Saturday, 25 October.
Our regular same-day dispatch will be back from Monday, 27 October.

We’ve lowered our rates: enjoy FREE Standard delivery on orders $75+ AUD. Orders under $75 ship from $9. Need it faster? Express is a flat $15. Prefer doorstep delivery? Choose Authority to Leave at checkout.

Standard Delivery


Free on orders $75.00+ (Australia-wide).

For orders under $75.00, choose one of the following:

Authority to Leave: $9.00 — your parcel can be left at your doorstep or preferred safe place.
Signature on Delivery: $11.45 — adds an extra layer of security.

Important: If you select Authority to Leave, we cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items marked as delivered. We are not liable for parcels shown as “delivered.”

Where your order qualifies for Free Standard or Express Shipping, but you prefer Signature on Delivery, you may select the $2 Signature on Delivery option at checkout. 
As our parcels are normally sent with Authority to Leave, this option ensures your order is signed for upon delivery.

Express Delivery

Free Express on orders $150.00+. Otherwise, a flat $15.00 applies.

From time to time, we may upgrade your order to Express at our discretion when the cost difference is minimal — our way of getting your goodies to you faster at no extra charge.

FAQs

How we deliver your parcels

We ship with Australia Post to homes, PO Boxes, locked bags, and parcel lockers. You can also redirect your parcel if needed. Learn more on the Australia Post website.

What to Expect After Placing Your Order

  • All goods remain the property of Alva Grove until paid in full.
  • Orders are processed promptly and dispatched within 6–72 hours.
  • Weekend and public holiday orders ship the next business day.
  • Same-day dispatch for in-stock orders received before 9:00 AM (AEST).
  • Orders placed from 9:00 AM–midnight (AEST) ship the next business day.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Please double-check your name and address. We can’t take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or undelivered parcels due to incorrect details. If a parcel is lost or returned due to insufficient/incorrect details, re-shipping costs apply and refunds/store credits aren’t available for these cases.

Delivery Times (Guide)

Time-frames depend on destination and service selected. Most parcels arrive within 1–10 business days. Peak seasons and events (e.g., natural disasters, pre-Christmas) may cause delays.

  • SE QLD: 1–3 working days
  • NSW/ACT: 3–5 working days
  • VIC/SA: 5–7 working days
  • WA/TAS: 5–7 working days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 working days

Authority to Leave (ATL)

Choosing Authority to Leave allows your parcel to be left in a designated safe place. If no safe place is available, a card will direct you to your nearest Post Office for pickup (bring valid ID).

By selecting ATL, you accept responsibility for the parcel after it’s marked delivered. Lost or stolen ATL parcels aren’t eligible for refunds or store credit.

Signature on Delivery

With Signature on Delivery, your parcel is handed to you upon signature. If you’re unavailable, it will be held at a nearby Post Office and a card will be left. Bring a valid ID to collect. Choose this option for added peace of mind.

Missing Parcels & Returns to Sender

  • All parcels are sent with tracking. Report missing/undelivered parcels within 20 business days from shipment.
  • If a parcel is marked delivered under ATL and goes missing, refunds/store credits are not available.
  • Parcels returned to us due to incorrect delivery details are not eligible for shipping refunds/credits. Re-shipping is available at your cost.

If Australia Post confirms loss due to their error, we will refund shipping based on your original invoice charges.

If you don’t collect your parcel within 10 business days after an attempted delivery and it’s returned to us, contact us to discuss options. Automatic refunds are not provided.

Re-delivery will require payment of re-shipping and return fees (as charged by Australia Post), even if the original order qualified for free delivery.

Flammable Goods

Due to airline safety regulations, flammable items (e.g., perfumes, nail polish) must travel by Australia Post Standard (road) within Australia. These will still be delivered promptly via Standard Shipping.

International Orders

International deliveries are currently unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience.
